Location of the property was excellent, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Bed was super comfy

Double queen room. Large, well appointed bathroom. Comfortable beds. Follow up contact from an employee of the Dagny named Edina was a nice touch. The valet parking attendant was also kind and efficient.

This hotel has a pretty and lovely design. Very patient and pleasant staff. The location is really great! And definitely recommend you to visit their coffee shop!

We just wrapped up a fantastic 8-night stay at the Dagny, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. After our first night, I reached out to the concierge about the noise from the main road outside, which was making it hard to sleep. Edina immediately offered to move us to the quieter side of the hotel and even upgraded us to a premium suite—an unexpected highlight of our holiday! The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs, as outside sounds are noticeable, but the quality of the accommodations more than made up for it. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the financial district, with a quick 5-minute walk to the train station from the airport (near the aquarium). It’s also close to the North End, downtown, and Quincy Market, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. We tried both of the hotel’s restaurants: Fin Point was perfect for lunch, dinner, and drinks, with fantastic food and a friendly staff. The Tradesman was always bustling in the mornings, offering great coffee and pastries. As a Brit, I have to say—the Dagny truly impressed us! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent location Rooms were large Concierge and doormen were helpful and friendly However we did experience some negative issues We had an issue at checkin when one of our 2 rooms was still not available at 5pm when we returned to the hotel The staff member handling this was not all helpful nor understanding that by 5 pm having travelled from Australia and hence a long flight we would appreciate access to our rooms and it was many hours after we should have been able to check in If left to her we would have had to just hang around in the bar - her words However we asked to speak to a manager who agreed it was not acceptable- hurried up housekeeping and gave us a credit for a drink while we waited So in the end it was managed better but still we shouldn’t have had to ask for the manager and the room should have been available
